What a good nursing shortlist includes
Each nurse on your shortlist has clinical experience matching your setting and a clear licensing position for the emirate where the role is based.
- Current licence and issuing authority: DHA, DoH or MOHAP
- DataFlow verification status
- Licensing exam status where required
- Clinical experience matched to your setting
- References from nursing managers
Licensing for nurses in the UAE
Nurses are licensed by the Dubai Health Authority, the Department of Health Abu Dhabi or MOHAP, depending on the emirate. The process usually involves DataFlow primary-source verification and a licensing exam through Prometric or Pearson VUE.
A licence from one authority does not automatically allow work in another emirate. We record each nurse's position and estimate how long any outstanding step will take.
Where our nursing candidates come from
We search among nurses already licensed in the UAE and among experienced nurses abroad, particularly from the Philippines and India, who are ready to relocate. For overseas candidates we plan the licensing steps alongside the offer.
A UAE-based clinical role
Nursing is hands-on, so we recruit nurses as UAE-based hires only. Around them, medical coding, billing and scheduling can be handled by remote staff.
