Registration and project checks
Engineers working in the UAE register with the Society of Engineers UAE, and many roles also need municipality approvals for signing drawings. We check registration status and degree attestation early, since gaps here can delay a start by weeks.
We also verify project history. We ask which packages a candidate actually delivered, their role on each, and the value and type of work, then confirm it with references from project managers.
Matching the project stage
A tender-stage estimator and a handover-stage MEP engineer need different strengths. We ask where your project is in its life and recruit for the next six to twelve months of work.
Remote drafting, estimating and document control
Site roles stay in the UAE, but a lot of project work happens at a screen. Remote staff in South Africa or the Philippines can produce AutoCAD and Revit drawings, prepare quantity take-offs and run document control on full-time hours.
