Screening hospitality candidates
Hotel CVs often list brand names without saying what the person actually ran. We ask about covers, rooms, budgets and team size, and we check references with former general managers or department heads.
For chefs we arrange a trade test in your kitchen where possible. For revenue roles we test how a candidate reads pick-up, pace and channel mix data.
Hiring around the UAE season
The busy season runs through the cooler months, and openings and refurbishments add their own peaks. We plan searches backwards from your dates so that managers are in place before the rush and teams have time to train.
Remote staff for hotels and restaurant groups
Not every hospitality role needs to be on property. Reservations, revenue analysis, guest email and chat support, and accounts can be handled by full-time remote staff in the Philippines or South Africa, freeing property teams to look after guests.
