Healthcare roles we recruit for
We recruit clinical, administrative and management roles for healthcare employers across the emirates.
- Registered nurses and nurse managers
- General practitioners and specialists
- Allied health professionals
- Clinic and practice managers
- Medical receptionists and patient coordinators
Licensing by emirate
Clinicians need a licence from the Dubai Health Authority in Dubai, the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi, or MOHAP in the northern emirates. Most pass DataFlow primary-source verification of their qualifications and experience first.
A licence from one authority does not transfer automatically to another. We record each candidate's current licence, its authority and its status, and estimate the time to licence for candidates who still need one.
Screening clinical candidates
We check clinical experience against the setting you are hiring for, whether an acute hospital, an outpatient clinic or home care. References come from nursing managers or medical directors, and we verify registration with the candidate's home regulator.
Remote billing, coding and scheduling staff
Clinical roles are UAE-based, but revenue cycle work is not. Remote staff in the Philippines and South Africa can handle medical coding, billing, insurance claims and patient scheduling for UAE providers, under your data protection rules.
