Registration and approvals
Engineers in the UAE register with the Society of Engineers UAE, and design roles often involve submissions to Dubai Municipality or Abu Dhabi Municipality. We check where each candidate stands and how long any outstanding steps will take.
How we screen civil engineers
We ask each candidate to describe the packages they delivered, their exact responsibilities and the problems they solved on site. Technical questions match the role, whether that is structural design, roads and utilities or site supervision.
A UAE-based role with remote support
