What we collect
From employers we collect the contact details and role information sent through our enquiry form or shared during a search. From candidates we collect CVs, contact details, work history, qualifications, licence details, interview notes, test results and references.
We only ask for what we need to recruit. We do not ask candidates for information unrelated to their suitability for a role.
Why we use it and on what basis
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, run recruitment searches, assess candidates against a role and keep records of our work. We process data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, relying on consent, on steps needed before entering an agreement, or on our legal obligations, as the situation requires.
Who we share it with
We share a candidate's details with a prospective employer only after the candidate has agreed to be put forward for that role. We share employer details with candidates only as far as needed to describe the role and arrange interviews.
We use service providers to host this website, run our enquiry form and store records. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and search records for as long as they are needed for the purpose they were collected for and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Candidate records are reviewed periodically and deleted when they are no longer needed, or sooner on request.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent you have given. Some requests may be limited where we must keep records by law.

This website does not set its own cookies. The embedded enquiry form is provided by a third party, which may set cookies needed for the form to work and to prevent spam.
